So this is me trying to do something I've been trying to do for ages, losing weight, getting fit and eating healthy. I never succeeded to the point when I was happy with myself. So this page is suppose o force me to actually do it this time!

No one knows what goes on in other peoples minds so "healthy way" or "unhealthy way", is not a question for me. We all do the best we can and should not be judged by it.

How I’m doing it

So this is a little page about how I’m losing weight.

Well for starters, I’m a vegan, therefore I only eat veggies and fruits and sometimes meat substitutes (not very often because they contain a lot of calories).
Even though I’m trying to recover from my eating issues, I still count calories, I can’t help it and allways stay around 500-900 kcal a day.
I also workout once or twice a day. I do cardio and strength exercises but, try to do more cardio so I won’t gain much weight from the muscle since that already happened to me once.   
I try eat seed bread or integral, not only are they healthier but they have less calories. The same with everything else.
I drink water, it’s essential if you’re trying to lose weight. It will keep you full and clean you! I do not drink any kind of juice or soda! They are just empty calories. They have too much sugar and they are not worth it!
I try to only weight myself once a week to not get too disappointed on the results.
